Location: Rose Hill,KS, Member Since: Sep 14, 2008 Gender: Female Goal Type: Local Elite Running Accomplishments: I started running in August of 2008 to quite smoking. It worked. At the end of March 2011 I was diagnosed with bilateral tibial stress fractures and didn't run for 5 weeks, then started a slow comeback. Since then I've learned to train smarter from this blog, Sasha, and other great friends on FRB, and have started getting some big PR's. I'm excited for the future!

Personal: I'm an RN and a paramedic. I work both jobs, and love them both. I work in home health as an RN and on the streets as a medic, because the clinical setting just isn't for me. I love being out and about taking care of my peeps!
