Personal:

I'm a single Mom.  I work all night as a Paramedic and chase my two daughters all day so I don't sleep.  I miss when I could just go out and run every day. It will happen again.  I'm retiring at 50 with my public service pension.  11 more years and Mama is gonna rest.

Loaded the girls up this morning and drove to Eureka(middle of nowhere) to meet a large Mormon Russian croc-running family.  I have pictures to prove it.  I ran on a dilapidated track paced by Sasha and his 8 year old William who schooled me on a 6:25 mile.  Had lots of discussion and ate afterward with him and his lovely wife Sarah while the 11 kids played on the playground.  They are warm and kind and the kids were awesome.  The big girls chased Val around and all the kids got into some muddy water with a spigot.  Fun little road trip and I enjoyed the company and finally getting to meet the infamous Pachev family.

val napped almost 4 hours so more sleep than I usually get between shifts.  kid zone was going to close soon at the Y so I ran one slow mile then 4 more at 6:58 on the treadmill.  Drove to SCP and pushed the stroller for 4 more really slow, although we had to stop halfway for a playground

Super easy in the morning after work with Michael.  We decided to sprint at the end.

Update:  forgot I ran around a few miles waiting on him first since he got off later so added two miles
