Personal:

I was a single mom.  Two times over.  We all survived, despite the fact that I make atrocious decisions.  Then, I met a man I didn't deserve.  And he loves me so much.  And I love him. We lived in sin and bought a house for two years then hired a judge and officially got married(to our great delight and also the delight of our mothers), then a month later he was diagnosed with cancer.  Well we survived all that and he's 100% fine now.  But, we're really out of shape and really busy with kids and jobs and running just isn't my priority and there's so many other layers to all of it, but I'm running anyway.  This is my failure blog now.  Just to log that one run a week if I snag it.
Somehow that matters and I want that run recorded.

7:57 average pace.  Ahh my legs are back.  Felt zippy today, even in the blustery wind.  Stretched my legs out at 6:50 pace for the last 1/2 mile.  Felt great.  A mysterious Golden Retriever showed up about a mile into my run and ran next to me the entire rest of the run.  He seemed like a super cool dog, although he did cut in front of me a handful of times and almost trip me.  I checked his collar when we got back to my house and there was no tag.  I hope he finds his way home and is not lost.  I also sorta hope he runs with me tomorrow-the company was nice and the other neighboring dogs were more concerned with him and left me alone while I was running. Nice!

Pretty fast paced for a dog. I hope it doesn't die.

A willing companion is always nice. My 10 pound dog would love to join me. He has a lot of energy. Good run girlfriend!!

he he dog tired love it.... My husky used to run with me too they are lots of fun if they stay by your side, but I end up either being dragged as he was taught to pull (husky racing) or he just runs off and I spend ages trying to find him LOL.

I used to have a dalmation he was cool would stay right next to me and bark at any men only men :-)
